- Report the lost or stolen card to the police to get a case number which you can use to apply for a replacement one.
- The next step is to apply for another card at the SASSA office. If the card expires, you also need to visit your nearest branch and apply for another one. You must have the following documents:
- Proof of residence
- Your passport or ID document
- Mobile phone number
- Police report in case of lost or stolen card
- Bank details

Choose the type of account and press balance inquiry. Your balance will be shown on the ATM screen, or you will get a printed receipt.
