In most other courses at UNISA, assignments are not factored into the final mark. Instead, they are used as a prerequisite for the exams.
What happens if you miss a compulsory assignment at Unisa?
Missing a compulsory assignment at UNISA could be a big deal. If you miss a compulsory assignment, you must move on to do the next available assignment.
In the case where you have no other assignment, it means you will not be graded for that particular assignment. In cases where this assignment contributes to your overall exams, it means you have lost some marks in your final exams.
